1. Program Overview

By enrolling as a Clear Builder, you ("Builder") are entering into an agreement with Elena Cardone ("Elena") to participate in the Clear Builders referral program. This program facilitates the introduction of Selectees to services and courses offered by the Church of Scientology for which Field Staff Member (FSM) commissions may be earned.

2. Enrollment Fee & Annual Renewal

A non-refundable enrollment fee of $600 is due at the time of registration.

An annual renewal fee of $500 is required to maintain active Builder status and continued access to the CRM platform and program resources.

Fees cover access to software, systems, and program support — not a guarantee of earnings or commissions.

3. Commission Structure

Elena Cardone is an active Field Staff Member (FSM) with the Church of Scientology.

As a Clear Builder, you agree to submit all referral slips to the Church of Scientology listing both your name and Elena Cardone's name as co-FSMs on each submission.

Commissions, where applicable and approved by the Church, are paid directly by the Church of Scientology to each party separately:

50% to Elena Cardone 50% to the Builder

Commission eligibility, calculation, and payment are governed entirely by the Church of Scientology's policies. Elena Cardone and the Clear Builders program make no guarantee of commission amounts, timing, or approval.

4. Slip Submission Policy

All referral slips must be submitted through the Clear Builders CRM system without exception.

Submitting slips outside of the system, or submitting slips without Elena Cardone's name included, is a violation of this agreement.

Builders retain the right to operate as an FSM independently. However, access to the Clear Builders program — including the CRM system, referral assets, Elena's platform, and all associated resources — is exclusively available for referrals submitted jointly with Elena Cardone as co-FSM. Any slip submitted without Elena Cardone listed as co-FSM is not eligible for Builder program benefits, commissions tracked through this system, or access to Elena's network and assets.

5. Builder Responsibilities

As a Clear Builder, you agree to:

- Use the CRM system provided to manage and track all Selectee referrals

- Follow the prescribed follow-up process as outlined in program materials

- Conduct yourself with integrity and professionalism in all interactions with Selectees

- Comply with all applicable Church of Scientology FSM policies and guidelines

- Keep your contact and payment information current within the system

6. Program Removal Policy

Elena Cardone reserves the right to remove any Builder from the program at her sole discretion for violation of these terms, conduct unbecoming of the program, or failure to comply with Church of Scientology FSM policies.

Removal from the program does not entitle the Builder to any refund of enrollment or renewal fees, whether partial or full.

Upon removal, the Builder will lose access to the CRM system, program materials, and support resources immediately.

Any pending commissions at the time of removal are subject to the Church of Scientology's own policies and are not the responsibility of Elena Cardone or the Clear Builders program.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Participation in the Clear Builders program does not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or commission earnings. Results depend entirely on the Builder's own activity, the Selectee's decisions, and the Church of Scientology's commission approval process.

8. Intellectual Property

All CRM systems, program materials, training resources, and content provided through the Clear Builders program remain the intellectual property of Elena Cardone and/or her affiliated entities. Builders may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without written permission.

9. Privacy

Builder contact information and referral data submitted through the CRM system will be used solely for the administration of the Clear Builders program and will not be sold to third parties.

10. Amendments

Elena Cardone reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Builders will be notified of material changes via the email address on file. Continued participation in the program following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Agreement

By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
